This is our Adoption Application below.  It is in a Word Document for now while our website is under construction.  If you would like to adopt one of our dogs please download and fill out our adoption application and email it to either :

Liz at HuskyRescue@optonline.net or LBECK@LBISOFTWARE.COM  and one of us will be in touch with you shortly.

  In the subject specify who you are interested in Adopting.

  If your application meets our requirements and is approved,  a representative with be in touch with you shortly to set up a home visit.
